the article deals with the issues of managing the effective use of transboundary waters in the context of globalization in agriculture, the efficiency of water resources use, measures to mitigate water scarcity, effective organization of water delivery services. Solutions for improving the integrated management system for transboundary water resources use between Central Asian countries are presented.
