Ushbu maqolada homiladorlik davrida tez-tez uchraydigan simfizit muammosi tahlil qilinadi. Pubik simfiz kengligi 10-12 millimetrdan oshganda va simfizioliz xavfi mavjud bo‘lganda abdominal tug‘ruq usuli tavsiya etilishi ko‘rsatilgan. Erta tashxis va kompleks davo asoratlar rivojlanishining oldini olishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega.
