Abstract

Ushbu maqolada vegetativ (avtonom) asab tizimining fiziologik xususiyatlari va uning organizmdagi hayotiy muhim funksiyalarni boshqarishdagi roli tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda neyrofiziologiya va molekulyar biologiya sohasidagi tadqiqotlar natijasida vegetativ asab tizimining murakkab mexanizmlari, xususan, uning simpatik va parasimpatik bo‘limlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro muvozanatni ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati yanada chuqurroq o‘rganilmoqda, biroq bu tizim faoliyatining ayrim jihatlari hanuzgacha ilmiy bahs-munozaralarga sabab bo‘lib qolmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro ilmiy manbalar (PubMed, Scopus va boshqalar) asosida vegetativ asab tizimining nerv impulslarini uzatish mexanizmlari, mediatorlar faoliyati, reflektor boshqaruv yo‘llari hamda ichki organlar funksiyalarini muvofiqlashtirishdagi o‘rni o‘rganildi.

Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, vegetativ asab tizimi organizmning homeostazini saqlashda, yurak-qon tomir, nafas olish, ovqat hazm qilish va endokrin tizimlar faoliyatini boshqarishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega. Ayniqsa, uning markaziy boshqaruv markazlaridan biri bo‘lgan Gipotalamus orqali turli fiziologik jarayonlarning integratsiyasi ta’minlanadi. Shu bilan birga, vegetativ tizim faoliyatining buzilishi turli funksional va organik kasalliklarning rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin.

Maqolada vegetativ asab tizimining normal faoliyatini ta’minlash, uning boshqaruv mexanizmlarini chuqur o‘rganish hamda patologik holatlarni erta aniqlash va ularni samarali nazorat qilish zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Ushbu natijalar klinik amaliyotda tashxis qo‘yish va davolash strategiyalarini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
