Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности артериальной гипертензии у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста. Описаны возрастные изменения сосудов, основные факторы риска и клинические проявления заболевания. Особое внимание уделяется роли сопутствующих заболеваний, таких как сахарный диабет и атеросклероз, которые существенно влияют на течение гипертензии. Представлены современные подходы к диагностике и лечению с учётом необходимости индивидуализации терапии. Подчёркнута важность профилактики осложнений и комплексного ведения пациентов, включая изменение образа жизни и регулярный медицинский контроль.
