Abstract

Buyrak tosh kasalliklari bu siydik yo‘llarida turli turdagi kristallarning to‘planishi bilan kechadigan keng tarqalgan urologik patologiya bo‘lib, bemorlarning hayot sifatiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Konservativ davolash usullarida allopurinol preparati muhim o‘rin tutadi [2], chunki u purin metabolizmini ingibir qilish orqali siydikda xursin va oksalat turidagi toshlar hosil bo‘lishini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Shu bilan birga, allopurinol podagra va hiperurikemiya holatlarida ham samarali bo‘lib, kasallikning takrorlanish xavfini pasaytiradi[5  ]. Preparatni qo‘llash nafaqat toshlarning kattalashishini to‘xtatadi, balki ularni bartaraf etish jarayonini ham yengillashtiradi[4]. Konservativ davolash samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida allopurinol bilan birga bemorlarga dieta rejimi va suyuqlik qabul qilishni nazorat qilish tavsiya etiladi[1]. Shuningdek, preparatning dozalari va qo‘llanish strategiyasi yosh guruhlari — bolalar, kattalar va qariyalar — bo‘yicha farqlanadi, va yon ta’sirlari ham doimiy nazorat talab qiladi[3]. Bu kasallik bilan kasallanganlarda og‘riq juda kuchli bo‘lgan[6].
