Abstract

The movement of labor migrants across borders has become an integral part of the global economy, contributing to the growth and prosperity of both sending and receiving countries. However, the regulation of labor migration involves complex challenges related to the protection of workers' rights, social security, labor standards, and human trafficking. International organizations play a crucial role in establishing frameworks that govern these issues, ensuring fair treatment and facilitating cooperation among nations. This article explores the role of key international organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations (UN), and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in regulating labor migration. It examines their efforts in standardizing labor practices, ensuring the protection of migrant workers, promoting sustainable development, and fostering international collaboration.
