Mazkur ilmiy maqola kattalarni o‘qitish jarayonida o‘quv motivatsiyasini shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda kattalar ta’limining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, ularning o‘rganishga bo‘lgan ehtiyojlari, ichki va tashqi motivatsiya omillari hamda o‘quv jarayoniga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik va ijtimoiy faktorlar keng yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada kattalar auditoriyasida samarali ta’limni tashkil etish uchun motivatsion strategiyalar, interfaol metodlar va innovatsion yondashuvlarning ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, kattalarni o‘qitishda motivatsiyani shakllantirishda ularning hayotiy tajribasi, kasbiy ehtiyojlari va shaxsiy qiziqishlarini inobatga olish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
