Abstract

Ushbu maqolada chakana bank xizmatlarini transformatsiya qilishda raqamlashtirishning o‘rnini o‘rganadi hamda  Osiyo mintaqasida mijozlarni jalb etish va moliyaviy mahsulotlarni qabul qilish jarayonlariga alohida e’tibor qaratadi. Tadqiqot mobil banking, raqamli hamyonlar, biometrik identifikatsiya va fintech platformalari kabi raqamli texnologiyalar foydalanuvchi tajribasini qanday qayta shakllantirayotgani hamda turli ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va madaniy sharoitlarda moliyaviy xizmatlardan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini qanday kengaytirayotganini tahlil qiladi. Raqamli infratuzilmaning rivojlanishi, ayniqsa mobil internetga kirish imkoniyatlari va milliy identifikatsiya tizimlarining integratsiyasi moliyaviy inklyuziyani sezilarli darajada kuchaytirgan hamda ilgari bank xizmatlaridan foydalanmagan aholini keng miqyosda tizimga jalb etishga imkon yaratgan. Bundan tashqari, shaxsiylashtirilgan foydalanuvchi interfeyslari, xulq-atvorga ta’sir etuvchi rag‘batlantiruvchi mexanizmlar (behavioral nudges) va sun’iy intellektga asoslangan moliyaviy vositalar mijozlar faolligini oshiruvchi muhim omillar sifatida  (ММС) namoyon bo‘lmoqda hamda jamg‘arma, kredit, sug‘urta va investitsiya mahsulotlaridan foydalanish darajasining o‘sishiga xizmat qilmoqda. Tadqiqot, shuningdek, fintech innovatsiyalari va tartibga soluvchi me’yoriy-huquqiy bazalar o‘rtasidagi muhim o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni ham yoritib beradi, chunki aynan shu omillar raqamli bank ekotizimlarining kengayishi va inklyuzivligini belgilaydi. Umuman olganda, mazkur sharh Osiyo mintaqasida raqamlashtirishning mijozlar xulq-atvori, moliyaviy xizmatlardan foydalanish imkoniyati hamda bank strategiyalariga ta’sirini hududga xos va kompleks tarzda tushuntirib beradi.
