inclusive education emphasizes equal opportunities for all learners, regardless of their individual characteristics or learning abilities. Within this framework, fostering children’s work skills—such as collaboration, responsibility, creativity, and problem-solving—requires innovative teaching strategies. This paper explores creative approaches that support the development of these competencies in inclusive classrooms. It highlights the theoretical foundations of inclusion, discusses the importance of work skills for lifelong learning, and presents effective pedagogical models such as project-based learning, art integration, gamification, and differentiated instruction. Recommendations are proposed for educators to promote inclusive and skill-oriented learning environments.
