Tayanch tishlarni preparatsiya qilish sifati olinmaydigan ortopedik konstruksiyaning retensiyasini, chekka moslashuvini va uzoq muddat xizmat qilishini, shuningdek pulpa hamda marginal parodont holatini belgilaydi. Ortopedik davolash asoratlarining sezilarli qismi aynan shu bosqichda shakllanadi va oylar hamda yillar oʻtib namoyon boʻladi.
