Abstract

Ushbu keng qamrovli ilmiy sharhda bolalar o‘rtasida og‘ir infeksion patologiyalarni keltirib chiqaruvchi uchta asosiy patogen — Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae va Neisseria meningitidisning zamonaviy epidemiologik holati tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada ushbu mikroorganizmlarning dunyo va mintaqaviy miqyosdagi tarqalish dinamikasi, ularning molekulyar darajadagi patogenezi hamda antibiotiklarga chidamlilik mexanizmlari batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, an’anaviy mikrobiologik usullar va zamonaviy molekulyar-genetik (PCR, NGS) diagnostika usullarining qiyosiy samaradorligi asoslab berilgan. Milliy emlash dasturlarining (PCV va Hib) kasallanish ko‘rsatkichlarini pasaytirishdagi strategik ahamiyati va kelajakdagi istiqbolli yo‘nalishlar tahlil qilinadi.
