ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ СЕРДЦА С ПОЗИЦИЙ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬНОЙ КАРДИОЛОГИИ

Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) является одной из наиболее распространённых форм сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и ведущей причиной смертности во всём мире. Несмотря на значительный прогресс в диагностике и лечении, уровень заболеваемости ИБС остаётся высоким, что обусловливает актуальность профилактических мероприятий. В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к профилактике ишемической болезни сердца с позиций доказательной кардиологии. Особое внимание уделено патогенетическим механизмам развития заболевания, модифицируемым факторам риска, роли образа жизни, медикаментозной профилактике и применению клинических рекомендаций Европейского общества кардиологов.
