настоящая статья посвящена анализу судебных механизмов разрешения споров, возникающих в связи с ядерными инцидентами в контексте международного права. Рассматриваются особенности процессуального регулирования, юрисдикционные вопросы и практика международных судебных органов по делам о ядерной ответственности. Особое внимание уделено эволюции международных правовых механизмов и их адаптации к современным вызовам в области мирного использования атомной энергии.
