THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE FIELD OF LEGAL SERVICES ON NEURECONOMIC LAW

This article explores the impact of digital transformation in the legal services industry on neuroeconomic law. This article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digital transformation in the field of legal services on the law of neuroeconomics. Modern technologies, in particular, innovations such as artificial intelligence, big data (big data) and blockchain can increase the efficiency of legal services, automate work with documents and optimize decision-making processes. Within the framework of neuroeconomic law, these technologies are important in modeling human behavior, taking into account psychological factors in the decision-making process, and creating the legal basis of new economic models. The article also highlights legal and ethical issues that may arise as a result of digital transformation, such as the reduction of the human factor, privacy issues, and the legal liability of artificial intelligence-based systems. Along with the economic efficiency of this process, the impact on the legal system is studied from the point of view of neuroeconomics, and ways to modernize legal services are proposed.
