This article examines the neurointerface legal domain for the transformation process in the field of legal services. The article discusses the automation of legal work and the introduction of artificial intelligence. Therefore, these works are covered by a legal services specialist as a personal data guardian, so issues such as unequal access are covered. This article shows the development of neurointerface legal standards corresponding to the trsansformation in the field of legal services. Neurointerfaces in this area, for example, can know the thoughts of a person participating in a trial and clarify the evidence. However, it is necessary to adapt these technologies legally or assess their impact on other personal rights and create relevant legal norms.
